Fees & Appointment Information

Dr. Rosso's hourly rate is $150 and is due at the time of the session. The fee for psychological assessment or diagnostic clarification varies depending on the referral question and will be discussed on a case by case basis.

Any services that Dr. Rosso provides outside of session time that last more than 10 minutes will be billed in 15 minute intervals at her hourly rate. This is including reading emails, speaking on the phone, consulting with other service providers, speaking to the child's teacher, etc.

This first session is often 90 minutes long and it is very helpful to have all caregivers present. It is often upsetting for a child to hear about their difficulties so Dr. Rosso asks that the child not be present for the first session so that Dr. Rosso can get a complete history and decide how best to proceed with treatment. It is also important to bring a copy of your child's last few report cards, medical and mental health treatment records for the past few years, and your child's IEP/SST (if your child is receiving special academic services).

At this time Dr. Rosso does not accept any insurance and her practice is self-pay. Dr. Rosso can provide a statement so that you can submit it to your insurance for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance for more information about getting reimbursed for out of network providers.

Dr. Rosso accepts debit, credit card, cash and check payments which are due at the time of service.

Please call to cancel or reschedule sessions at least 24 hours in advance. If your session is not canceled 24 hours in advance you are responsible for paying the full cost of the missed session.
